    Answer: You have to know what generates your F.L.O.W. Our F.L.O.W. Map will outline what generates your F.L.O.W. & what is needed to conitnue or strengthen the current of your F.L.O.W.

    Answer: Accept that there are things that will happen in life that are out of our control. Just because things happen around us that we can’t control does not mean that we lose control of what we have or know to be true. Focus on what you have access to and control of, what you know to be true, & what could be helpful during this time. Our F.L.O.W.   3. How did I get here? What do I call this place?

    Answer: I have discovered that most people don’t know where or why they’re stuck. They just know they are stuck & they don’t like it. We often find ourselves in or get stuck in the various stages & phases of Survival Mode. Some of the most common stages are: autopilot, burn-out, resisting change.
